Angel 'Kikito' Cardona is the founder of Alambique Inquieto, a Puerto Rican–inspired culinary brand in Beaverton, Oregon, making small-batch sauces, seasonings, and storytelling-driven food.
He spent his career leading complex business and operational work — solving hard problems and designing systems that scale. He brings the same discipline here, alongside a lifelong obsession with Puerto Rican food, craft, and story.
Inspired by the traditions he grew up with in Morovis, he built a line where each product feeds the next: the grapes left from one become the seasoning in another. Beyond the products, he's building a brand that brings people together — at farmers markets, around shared meals, and through stories that celebrate curiosity and belonging.
We believe every meal is a chance to tell a story —
of where we come from, who we cook for,
and the memories we build through flavor.
